What data we process and why

• Account data (email, password hash, interface language): to provide the service. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Billing data (company name, tax ID, address, invoices): to comply with tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• Uploaded material (masters, audio, subtitles): processed solely to generate your DCPs. Masters are automatically deleted from our servers 72 hours after upload; you can delete them earlier from the app.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers. The charge is only captured after your DCP passes verification.

Cookies and analytics

We use technical cookies that are strictly necessary (session, CSRF, language preference and your cookie choices). With your prior consent — requested through the cookie banner — we also use Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to measure how the site is used. We additionally use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. You can review or change your choice at any time on the cookie management page.

Recipients

Service providers strictly needed to operate: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), FileMail (optional file delivery), Cloudflare (network). No data is sold or used for advertising.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to the contact address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
